After more than two years of testing, we have developed a proprietary formula and blending process that produces an all-natural premium Mimosa Cocktail. Made with Odwalla all-natural orange juice (the finest OJ on the planet), California sauvignon blanc wine and our carbonization process, the taste is crisp, fresh and very natural-tasting… as though it was just made with premium brut champagne and fresh OJ… In ready to serve 187 bottles, just chill, shake gently, and you’re ready to go. Consistent from one drink to the next and no wasted champagne! We have carefully assessed 21 specific target markets. The consumer markets include several broad markets and many very reachable niche markets. Consumer groups ranging from the black tie and Sunday brunch crowd to the Urban crowd, to hospitality (mini bars), to airlines… with many more in between. And each of those markets already knows what a mimosa is… and what a good one should taste like.
