MagPly

MagPly has developed a new construction product that replaces drywall, plywoods and concrete boards that is water proof, fire proof and mold proof. It takes natural resources that are plentiful in Nevada. MagPly has built 86 homes in Mississippi for Katrina survivors (the longest took 4 days from foundation to occupancy), used the products on a high rise in Century City, Los Angeles will be used on a project that has been developed in Las Vegas. That will ensure the plant is at full capacity prior to opening. All of the proformas are completed and approx. 12,000 boards have been manufactured in Henderson in 2008, 2009 and then the testing and approvals have been completed. The product has been tested and met the FEMA Indoor Air Quality certification as the product is formaldehyde free.MagPly will create about 260 good paying jobs from this plant and in downtown Las Vegas. The production from the plant for the first two years is already committed to projects that are fully funded.
