We are raising funds to launch into real money fantasy sports utilizing our current Viacom/SpikeTV distribution. We will offer fantasy sports contests for MMA, NASCAR, NFL, MLB, NHL, NBA, MLS, PGA, and NHL. This industry barely existed two years ago but is projected to grow to $31 billion by 2020. Approximately 800,000 people play daily fantasy sports today but 41 million Americans played traditional season-long contests last year. We seek to tap into this uncaptured market.
