Buyer or seller hire an agent through our network of competing agents. Agent pays referral fee to Agent Refund and buyer/seller gets a "refund" of the commission paid to agent. Agents compete by offering a higher referral fee, which increases how much they give back to the client and how much Agent Refund gets.
